Delivery times

How we ship

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Important notes

• Orders placed after 2pm GMT may be processed the following working day.
• Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas and bank holidays.
• We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
• If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking your order
